Mahindra & Mahindra, one of India’s largest automobile manufacturers, has updated its flagship SUV, the XUV700. Mahindra has launched the 2024 XUV700 model with new features and updated exterior design. The 2024 Mahindra XUV700 has been launched at a starting price of Rs 13.99 lakh with its top model being priced at Rs 23.99 lakh (ex- showroom). It is available in five different variants - MX, AX3, AX5, AX7, and AX7L. Bookings have been opened from January 15 onwards and it is expected to arrive at dealerships from January 25.
2024 Mahindra XUV700 - New Features
In terms of interior, the Mahindra XUV700 is adorned with dark chrome finishing on the air vents and central console. It has also received a slew of features such as ventilated front seats, optional captain seats, first-in-segment memory ORVMs, over-the-air software update, an inbuilt e-sim, 83 connected car features such as the Adrenox Suite and a new concierge service called ASK Mahindra.
2024 Mahindra XUV700 - Exterior Design
The 2024 Mahindra XUV700 resembles the previous model, maintaining its basic design and shape. However, Mahindra has introduced a new Napoli Black colour scheme for the AX7L and AX7 versions. These variants also offer an optional dual-tone exterior colour scheme option.
2024 Mahindra XUV700 - Powertrain
In terms of powertrain, Mahindra has retained the existing engine options from its predecessor. It is available with two engine options; a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine. These engines are tuned to produce a power output of 200 bhp and 380 Nm of torque for the petrol engine and 185 bhp and 450 Nm of torque for the diesel engine. Both engines are available with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
