Suzuki Alto Facelift: The Alto has remained one of the most popular nameplates for Suzuki globally. Now, the brand has launched a facelift model of its popular hatchback in Japan. The 9th generation of the Suzuki Alto was launched in Japan in 2021, and the brand has updated it with a facelift, new colour, and redesigned exteriors recently.
Suzuki Alto Facelift: Design
The Suzuki facelift model features a fresh design. The front fascia of the hatchback features a restyled grille with rounded bumpers. The lower grille is bigger and it looks boxier from the side, thanks to a new roof spoiler. The rear end looks largely the same, and it features the same taillights and bumpers as the ninth-generation model.

Suzuki Alto Facelift: Features
The Suzuki facelift has not received major updates inside the cabin, and it largely remains the same as the pre-facelift model. The only new change inside the cabin of the Suzuki Alto facelift is a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which is optional. The hatchback gets features like climate control, cup holders, power windows, and more.
Suzuki Alto Facelift: Powertrain
The Suzuki Alto Facelift gets two powertrain options on offer. Customers can choose between a 650cc naturally aspirated petrol engine or a 650cc mild hybrid engine. While the 650cc petrol engine generates 45 hp and 55 Nm of torque, the mild hybrid engine generates 48 hp and 58 Nm of torque. The mild hybrid powertrain has a claimed mileage of up to 28.2 km/l.
