2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS:  Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the facelifted model of the 2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS 680. Just like the recently updated 2026 Maybach GLS Facelift, the Maybach GLS 680 has also received several upgrades in terms of styling, interior, features, and powertrain. Let’s take a look at the design, features, and engine specifications of the recently unveiled 2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS 680.

2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS 680: Design

While the overall silhouette and side profile of the 2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS 680 remain largely identical to the ongoing model, it gets a new front fascia with reshaped LED headlamps with dual three-pointed star LED DRLs. It also gets a new grille with surrounding illumination and illuminated MAYBACH badging. The design of the front bumper has also been revised minimally.

The new Maybach GLS 680 will be offered with two new exterior colours: Verde Silver Metallic and Dark Petrol. Another addition to the new Maybach GLS 680 is the new 22-inch alloy wheels, and 23-inch monoblock wheels will also be offered as an option. The new model also gets powered side steps with lighting, along with Maybach logo projectors. At the rear, it gets wraparound-style rectangular LED taillights with three-pointed-star DRLs.

2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS 680: Features

The biggest addition to the 2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS 680 is the new Hyperscreen setup with a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, similarly sized passenger display, and fully digital driver’s console. While the massaging function for front seats has been improved, the 2026 Maybach GLS 680 will now also offer massage with the footrest. The Burmester sound system has been improved, and it now gets 15 speakers with a bigger 710W amplifier.

2026 Mercedes Maybach GLS 680: Engine Specs

The 2026 iteration of the Maybach GLS 680 luxury SUV is powered by a 4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The engine is paired with a 48V mild hybrid system, and the peak power and output figures now stand at 603 hp and 850 Nm, respectively. In comparison to the ongoing model of the SUV, the new one generates 53 hp and 121 Nm more torque. Additionally, the brand has also enhanced the standard air suspension with cloud-based predictive dampers.
