The special stealth editions of the Safari and Harrier were introduced in 2025, but they were offered in a limited number of units at that time. However, the 2026 stealth editions of the Tata Harrier and Safari have been introduced as regular offerings. The Tata Harrier and Safari Stealth Editions come equipped with features similar to those of the respective top-spec trims they are based on. The Tata Harrier Stealth Edition is based on the Fearless Ultra trim, whereas the Tata Safari Stealth Edition is based on the Accomplished Ultra Trim.

The Tata Harrier Stealth Edition is available in a total of 4 trims, based on the powertrain options. The powertrain options include a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine and a 2-litre turbo diesel engine. The Tata Safari and Harrier Stealth Edition are available with engine options of either a 1.5-litre turbo petrol or a 2-litre turbo diesel. Both of these engines can be paired with the choice of either a 6-speed Manual Transmission or a 6-speed Automatic Transmission. The turbo petrol unit generates 167 hp and 280 Nm of torque, whereas the diesel mill can churn out a peak power and torque output of 167 hp and 350 nm, respectively.
