Actor Ajit Kumar Buys McLaren Senna: Tamil actor Ajit Kumar added a McLaren Senna to his supercar collection recently. The Senna by McLaren is a rare hypercar, and it is named after a legendary F1 driver, Ayrton Senna. The McLaren Senna is very special for the actor as Ayrton Senna is his idol, and he is also a professional racecar driver. The video was shared on Instagram by a page named Ajithkjumarracing. The video shows Ajith Kumar completely astonished as he observes the McLaren Senna. It also shows a picture of the legendary F1 driver, Ayrton Senna, being projected on the wall in the background. The McLaren Senna is a track-ready hypercar, and the video features it with its butterfly doors lifted. The hypercar featured in the video also has an Iconic Marlboro-styled wrap with Ayrton Senna’s autograph.

McLaren Senna: Rare And The Rarest

The Senna bought by Ajit Kumar costs around Rs 12 crore, and it is available in only 500 units across the world. While it is one of the rare cars, there are two other variants of Senna, which are more scarce. The McLaren produced a GTR variant of the Senna, and it is limited to only 75 units. Not just this, there is a LM (Le Mans) variant of the car, which is limited to only 35 units, and the GTR and LM are only track-focused models.

McLaren Senna: Performance

The McLaren Senna draws its power from a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. This powerful beast of an engine can generate 789 hp and 800 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, and the brand has designed the car to have downforce capability of 800 kilograms.
