Ampere Magnus Grand Electric Scooter Price: Ampere, the electric two-wheeler brand under Greaves Electric Mobility, has launched the Magnus Grand electric scooter at Rs 89,999 in India. Over the Magnus Neo it is based on, the Magnus Grand gets subtle visual tweaks, new colours, and additional features. Designed as a modern, family-focused scooter, the Grand is offered with a 5-year/75,000km warranty, whichever comes first.
Ampere Magnus Grand EV: Features
Features-wise, the Magnus Grand gets a new LCD dash with a neater layout, as well as a USB charging port, a dedicated reverse mode, and two ride modes (Eco and City). Ampere offers connectivity features with the Grand as optional extras.

Ampere Magnus Grand EV: Battery, Range
The battery is a 2.3kWh LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) unit, with a claimed real-world range of 85 to 90km. The battery sends power to a 2.4kW electric motor, helping the Magnus Grand reach a top speed of 65km/h.
Ampere Magnus Grand EV: Visual Updates
Visually, the Ampere Magnus Grand looks almost identical to the Neo, with exception of a redesigned seat cover, a reshaped pillion grab-rail, and two new colour options (Matcha Green and Ocean Blue). The headlamp is an LED unit, while the taillamp is a halogen one. The scooter rides on the same 12-inch steel wheels.

Ampere Magnus Grand EV: Hardware
The Magnus Grand uses a dual frame chassis, suspended by a telescopic front fork and dual-shock rear absorbers. Drums handle braking duties. Weighing 108kg, the scooter features an underseat storage area of 22 litres and a ground clearance of 165mm.
