Best Car Deals April 2024: German automobile giant Volkswagen is offering substantial discounts on its range of vehicles sold in India. Volkswagen India currently retails three models in the country - the Tiguan SUV, the Taigun SUV and the Virtus sedan. These discounts are exclusively valid until the end of April 2024.

Volkswagen Tiguan 

The Volkswagen Tiguan stands as the flagship model for the German manufacturer in India. The Tiguan SUV is available at a price of Rs 35.17 lakh (ex-showroom). Under its hood lies a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, generating 190 bhp of power and 320 Nm of torque. This month, customers can enjoy benefits worth up to Rs 2.40 lakh on the Tiguan SUV. For the MY2023 units, Volkswagen dealers are providing a cash discount of Rs 75,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 75,000, and a 4-year service package valued at Rs 90,000. Additionally, MY2024 models come with a Rs 25,000 exchange bonus.

Volkswagen Taigun 

Volkswagen's Taigun, another SUV model offered by the German manufacturer in India, is priced between Rs 11.70 lakh and Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom). Its engine options include a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol, delivering power outputs of 115 bhp/178 Nm and 150 bhp/250 Nm respectively. This month, customers can avail benefits worth up to Rs 1.50 lakh on the Volkswagen Taigun. These benefits encompass a cash discount of up to Rs 90,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 40,000, as well as corporate benefits and loyalty offers up to Rs 20,000. These benefits are applicable to MY2023 and MY2024 cars, including special editions like the GT Edge Trail, offered by Volkswagen dealers.

Volkswagen Virtus 

The Volkswagen Virtus stands as one of the most sought-after offerings by the manufacturer in India. The sedan is available in India with prices ranging from Rs 11.56 lakh to Rs 19.41 lakh (ex-showroom). Engine options include a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol, same as the Taigun SUV. For April 2024, Volkswagen dealers are extending benefits of up to Rs 1.40 lakh on the Volkswagen Virtus. These benefits comprise a cash discount of up to Rs 90,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 30,000, and corporate benefits/loyalty offers of up to Rs 20,000. Similar to the Taigun, these offers are applicable to MY2023 and MY2024 cars, and are valid for both engine options.
