Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024: Royal Enfield, a leading two-wheeler manufacturer in India is participating in the ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024. Royal Enfield has showcased their first ever flex-fuel powered motorcycle at the expo. This motorcycle is being referred to as the ‘Classic Flex’ and is based on the Royal Enfield Classic 350.

Flex-Fuel Powered Classic 350 - Details 

The flex-fuel powered Royal Enfield Classic 350 is capable of operating on a blend of petrol and ethanol, with modifications enabling it to accommodate ethanol-blended fuel of up to 85 per cent. Currently, the majority of petrol pumps in India incorporate a 10 per cent ethanol blend in their petrol. The government aims to increase the ethanol blend to 25 per cent by 2025.

Flex-Fuel Powered Classic 350 - Engine Specs 

Talking about the engine specs, the flex-fuel powered Classic 350 will continue to retain the existing 350cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which is capable of producing a power output of 20 bhp and 27 Nm of torque. 

Flex-Fuel Powered Classic 350 - Design 

Talking about the design of the ‘Classic Flex’, Royal Enfield has adorned this Classic 350 with a distinctive green and red paint scheme, providing a unique visual distinction from its standard models. These vibrant paint accents are prominently featured on the fuel tank and side panels.

Flex-Fuel Powered Classic 350 - Launch 

There is no confirmation on when this flex-fuel powered Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be launched in India. However, it is anticipated that the manufacturer could launch the eco-friendly motorcycle sometime in 2025.
