BMW Motorrad has introduced the most expensive electric scooter in India dubbed as ‘BMW CE 04’. The flagship scooter comes as a CBU unit in India and offers advanced technology, said BMW. It is the company’s first electric scooter in India made on a steel double loop frame and gets a variety of features, a unique body and a bench-like seat.

BMW CE 04 Design:

BMW CE 04 comes with 15-inch wheels at the front and rear. It has a futuristic design with adjustable seat height that can be adjusted to 800mm. It gets layered side panels which enhances the look and it will definitely have a strong road presence. It gets sharp and sporty headlights and subtle minimalistic tail lights.

BMW CE 04 Features:

The BMW CE 04 comes with a 10.25-inch TFT display with a USB type-C charger and a ventilated storage space for smartphones along with helmet storage. It comes with three modes including the Road, Rain and Eco. It also gets ABS Pro along with ACS and traction control. It gets a telescopic fork and single-sided swingarm with direct hinged suspension.

BMW CE 04 Performance:

BMW CE 04 comes with a 15kW electric motor which can churn out a maximum power of 41 hp peak power and 61 Nm torque. The electric scooter can accelerate to 50 Km/h in just 2.6 seconds. The top speed of the scooter is 120 Km/h.

BMW CE 04 range starts at 130 Km on a single charge. The customers can charge the scooter in 1 hour 40 minutes using the DC fast charging. The standard charger takes up to 4 hours.

BMW CE 04 Price In India:

BMW CE 04 price starts at Rs 14.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The electric scooter does not have any direct competitor in the Indian market as of now.
