Citroën C3 CNG: Citroën India has announced the CNG retrofitment for the C3 hatchback, which will increase its value while providing it with a sustainable and cost-effective fuel alternative. The C3 CNG will now be available across Citroën dealerships via a retrofit program, and customers can opt for it at an additional price of INR 93,000 across authorized Citroën dealerships pan-India.
Citroën C3 CNG Mileage
The C3 hatchback fitted with a factory-tested CNG kit delivers a mileage of up to 28.1 km per kg. While it reduces the running cost of the vehicle, it also significantly reduces the emissions, contributing to a cleaner environment. It also offers the flexibility of switching between petrol and CNG to the customers. The factory-engineered calibration ensures refined drive quality and optimal engine efficiency with a running cost of INR 2.66 per km.

Citroën C3 CNG: Warranty And Bootspace
The retrofit kit is engineered exclusively for the Live, Feel, Feel(O), and Shine variants of the Citroën C3, ensuring compatibility and reliability. The CNG kit is additionally backed by a comprehensive 3-year or 1 lakh km vehicle warranty and CNG Components. It is integrated without compromising the boot space, and the spare wheel remains accessible. The CNG nozzle will be smartly integrated within the petrol filler port, ensuring ease of access.
The retrofitment kit also provides customers with specially tuned rear shock absorbers, reinforced suspension springs, and an anti-roll bar that delivers a planted and comfortable ride. The CNG retrofitment will be available only at the company authorised dealerships, using certified kits and processes, adhering to stringent quality standards. Each vehicle will undergo a thorough pre-delivery inspection, including checks for cylinder integrity, leak detection, pressure regulation, and seamless fuel switching.
