Maruti Suzuki Car Safety:  Maruti Suzuki is India’s largest car manufacturer, and it makes some of the most fuel-efficient cars. While the brand’s cars are popular for their affordable prices and fuel efficiency, they start to wane when it comes to safety. However, the fourth-generation of the Dzire mid-size sedan and the second-generation of the Baleno hatchback recently scored 5-star and 4-star ratings in Bharat NCAP, respectively. Now, the brand’s ‘Most Expensive Car’ can get a 5-star rating soon.

Maruti’s Most Expensive Car

Maruti has a very diverse lineup in India, and the brand offers it all, from hatchbacks to SUVs, MPVs, and sedans. While the Alto K10 remains the most affordable car, the Invicto gets the tag as the brand’s most expensive offering in the country. Since 2017, Toyota and Maruti have been involved in a strategic partnership, and both of these brands now have similar car models with different names. For example, Baleno (Maruti) and Glanza (Toyota), Invicto (Maruti) and Innova Hycross (Toyota), Fronx (Maruti) and Taisor (Toyota), along with Grand Vitara (Maruti) and Hycross (Toyota).

Looking at the crash test results of the Innova Hycross, we can expect the Maruti Suzuki Invicto to score 5 stars when tested by Bharat NCAP.

Invicto And Innova: Similarities

As informed earlier, Maruti and Toyota have been part of a strategic partnership since 2017. Maruti Suzuki Invicto and Innova Hycross are two different cars offered by two different brands, but they share a lot of similarities. For example, both of these cars are built on the same platform, they are powered by the same Hybrid Powertrain, and they are pretty much the same in terms of cabin and features. Citing all the similarities between these two cars, we expect the Invicto to score 5 stars in terms of safety.
