Hero Xtreme 250R Price in India: Hero MotoCorp has teamed up with Thums Up, a popular Indian beverage brand under the Coca-Cola Company, to launch a promotional campaign titled 'Dum hai toh scan kar' – marking the second time the largest bike manufacturer has collaborated with Coca-Cola. The campaign invites customers to scan the QR code on the special Thums Up packs and offers a chance to win the special-edition Xtreme 250R, called the Thunderwheels Edition. 

Hero Xtreme 250R Thunderwheels: Know About It

The special edition model, product of a collaboration between Thums Up and Hero, is based on the Xtreme 250R and features an all-black paint scheme with contrasting red accents. Other details are yet to be revealed. The Thunderwheels 2.0 is a follow-up on the Mavrick 440 Thunderwheels Edition introduced last year. The latter had a dual-tone blue-and-red livery with the Mavrick 440 badging on the fuel tank.

Hero Xtreme 250R: Specs

With the Mavrick 440 no longer on sale, the Xtreme 250R is currently the flagship product of the brand. Powering the Xtreme 250R is a 250cc liquid-cooled, DOHC engine paired with a six-speed gearbox. The engine is tuned to produce 30bhp at 9,250rpm and 25Nm at 7,250rpm. 0-60km/h comes up in just 3.25 seconds.

Features include an LCD dash, all-LED lighting, and dual-channel ABS (with two modes). The bike is priced at Rs 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom) and rivals the KTM 250 Duke and the Suzuki Gixxer 250.
