Honda Cars India has launched the City Elegant Edition and the Amaze Elite Edition for the Indian market ahead of the upcoming festive season in order to boost sales of Honda vehicles. The City Elegant Edition is based on the V trim, while the Amaze Elite Edition is based on the top-of-the-line VX trim.n Prices for both these limited edition Honda sedans range from Rs 12.57 lakh to Rs 13.82 lakh for the City Elegant edition and Rs 9.03 lakh to Rs 9.85 lakh for the Amaze Elite edition.
These special editions of the City and Amaze are available for purchase through Honda's online sales platform 'Honda from Home' and also through the brand's dealership network across India. Honda India has also announced that other standard variants of the Honda City and Honda Amaze are now available with special discounts and festive offers under the 'The Great Honda Fest' which will go on till October 31.
Honda City Elegant Edition
The Honda City Elegant Edition boasts features like a trunk spoiler with an LED strip, front fender garnishing and an exclusive 'Elegant Edition' badge that further enhances its visual appeal. Inside the cabin, it offers notable features like a wireless phone charger, special seat covers and a legroom illumination lamp that set it apart from the standard model. The Honda City is powered by a robust 1.5-litre 4-cylinder NA petrol engine that delivers 119 bhp of power and 145 Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual and a CVT automatic gearbox.
Honda Amaze Elite Edition
The Honda Amaze Elite Edition includes a trunk spoiler with LED lighting, front fender garnishing, anti-fog film on the outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs) and 'Elite Edition' badging. It's equipped with advanced features such as a tire pressure monitoring system, a sliding front armrest, special seat covers, step illumination with a unique emblem and a tyre inflator. The Honda Amaze derives its power from a 1.2-litre 4-cylinder NA petrol engine which delivers 90 bhp of power and 110 Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox.
