India-UK FTA:  India and the United Kingdom sealed a Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) on July 24, 2025. The agreement was signed in the presence of PM Narendra Modi and his UK counterpart, Keir Starmer. The trade agreement is aimed at the betterment of bilateral trade between the two countries. While it will make many goods more affordable in both countries, it will also make some Luxury British Cars cost less in India. The India-UK FTA (Free Trade Agreement) will take place in a phased manner, and the import duties will be reduced from the current 110 percent to 10 percent in the upcoming 5 years. Here we are sharing a list of luxury cars that will cost less in the coming years, thanks to the India-UK FTA.

Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce is a British luxury car brand that makes some of the world’s most bespoke luxury cars. Currently, prices for the brand’s cars in the country start from Rs 6.95 Crore (Ex-showroom). The brand also offers exquisite luxury customization options, which further elevate the prices. Rolls-Royce offers a total of 4 cars in the country: the Ghost, Phantom, Spectre, and Cullinan. Jaguar

Tata-owned Jaguar will also benefit from the India-UK FTA deal. The brand is currently going through an upheaval, and it recently showcased its ‘00 Concept’. The brand offers only the F-Pace in the country as of now, and its 00 concept is an all-electric concept. This simply means that the ‘00 Concept’ will benefit from the trade agreement only after five years, and the F-Pace is assembled locally; therefore, the brand’s advantages from the trade agreement are very finite.
