2025 BMW 1 Series - Exterior Design
Talking about the design of the 2025 BMW 1 Series, it will see significant enhancements based on the existing F40 generation, rather than a completely new model. This upcoming model will continue to boast a five-door body style with redesigned front fascia, rear bumpers and new LED daytime running lights. The BMW 1 Series has also been spotted testing ahead of launch, which has revealed noticeable side skirts, a discrete rear spoiler and quad exhaust tips.
2025 BMW 1 Series - Interior
Moving inside the 2025 BMW 1 Series, the interior will be revamped to align with the latest BMW models. It will likely include a fully digital instrument panel and an infotainment screen similar to those in larger BMWs. Additionally, there will be new seats, materials, and upholstery.
2025 BMW 1 Series - Powertrain
Coming to the powertrain of the 2025 BMW 1 Series, it will continue to share its platform with the latest BMW X1 and X2 models, as well as the MINI Cooper and Countryman. Unlike its rear-wheel-drive predecessors, this luxury hatchback will remain front-wheel drive. It is expected to be powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that is capable of producing a power output of 302 bhp and 450 Nm of torque.

2025 BMW 1 Series - Launch in India
Talking about the launch of the BMW 1 Series, it is likely to be debuted globally in July. Addressing the launch of the 2025 BMW 1 Series in India, it is not likely that the German manufacturer will be bringing back the hatchback model in the country. It was briefly sold in India and was loved for its rear-wheel-drive performance. However, its compact size wasn't as appealing to first-time luxury car buyers. Therefore, only time will tell if the BMW 1 Series will be making a comeback in India or not.
