Next-Generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza:  The Maruti Suzuki Brezza was introduced in India in 2016, and it has remained one of the best-selling compact SUVs ever since. The brand upgraded the Maruti Suzuki Brezza in 2022, and it seems like the largest car manufacturer in the country is planning to introduce a new generation of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza in 2026. The test mule of the second-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza was spotted recently on the Indian roads, and it is expected to receive major changes in terms of design and features.

Next-Gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Expected Design

The video of the test mule of the next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza was shared on social media by a page named Car_India_News. The video features a heavily disguised test mule being tested on the highway, and only the rear end and side of the vehicle are visible. The next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza is expected to retain its overall silhouette. It is also expected to get a new grille along with a redesigned front fascia and a reengineered rear end. The test mule also had a sharper rear windscreen, and it has four parking sensors on the rear end.

Next-Gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Expected Features

The interior of the next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza has not been spotted yet. However, we expect the upcoming Brezza to feature a redesigned cabin with premium upholstery. It is also expected to feature a bigger touchscreen-based infotainment system, powered and ventilated seats at the front, a panoramic sunroof, and more. The next-generation of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza is expected to provide passengers with enhanced safety by offering features such as a Level 2 ADAS Suite, six airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX Child seat mounts, and Hill Hold Assist.

Next-Gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Expected Powertrain

While the next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza is expected to receive major changes in terms of design and features, it is expected to remain unchanged under the hood. The outgoing Maruti Suzuki Brezza is available with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, and it offers two powertrain options such as hybrid and CNG. The engine on the Maruti Suzuki Brezza can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission, and it generates a peak power and torque output of 103 hp and 137 Nm, respectively.
