Porsche Panamera 2024: Sports car maker Porsche has announced its third-generation Porsche Panamera in India. The vehicle will cost Rs 1.69 crore (ex-showroom). It comes with a new design, feature-rich interiors and a sporty appeal. Porsche is accepting bookings for the Panamera and customers can reserve their four-door unit from their nearest authorised dealership in India.

Exterior: The new Panamera comes with redesigned exteriors such as a new bumper and headlights, similar to the Taycan. It gets new alloy wheels and buyers can choose from a wide range of wheel design options. On the rear, it gets connected LED tail lights and a Porsche badging.

Features: Panamera's list of features includes a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, four-zone climate control, a 14-speaker system (powered by Bose), ambient lights and a wireless charging dock. It also has ventilated seats and a panoramic sunroof. The vehicle also ships with Electronic Stability Program (ESP), remote parking, ADAS functions, a 360-degree camera and more.

Interior: The dashboard on the Panamera can easily ring the memories of the cabin of Taycan or Cayenne. Buyers can customise the cabin using varying coloured upholstery and contrast stitching, colour-customised door handles and themes around the dashboard accents. It sports three screens with controls for diverse functions.

Engine: The India-centric Panamera 2024 comes in a single option - a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine. This trim has an eight-speed PDK automatic transmission and produces a power of 343bhp and 500 Nm peak torque. Porsche claims a top speed of 272kmph. It can clock 0 to 100kmph in 5.1 seconds.

Price: While the new Porsche Panamera (3rd generation) will be available for Rs 1.69 crore (ex-showroom), added customisation and other charges can inflate this price further for buyers.
