Tata Safari Petrol

The Tata Safari has remained a popular nameplate for the brand in the country since its introduction in 1998. The current generation of the Tata Safari is exclusively available with a diesel engine, and the brand is all set to launch the Tata Safari Petrol in India on December 9, 2025. The Safari petrol is expected to draw its power from a 1.5-litre TGDi turbo petrol engine, showcased for the first time at the Auto Expo 2023. The petrol mill is expected to generate a peak power and torque output of 170 bhp and 280 Nm, respectively.

Maruti Suzuki E Vitara

Maruti Suzuki, the largest car manufacturer in India, is fully prepared to launch its first electric vehicle, the e-Vitara, in India in December 2025. The E-Vitara features a sharp and modern design language, similar to the model showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo. The E Vitara is expected to come equipped with 2 Battery pack options- a 49 kWh and a 61 kWh and both of these batteries are based on BYD’s LFP chemistry. The e-Vitara offered in Britain is available with a 2WD and a 4WD configuration, and the model with the larger battery pack is expected to deliver a claimed range of 500 kilometres in a single charge.

Tata Harrier Petrol

The Harrier was introduced in India in 2019, and it has remained a popular mid-size SUV ever since. The Tata Harrier is also available with a diesel engine, alongside the Safari, and the Harrier petrol will also be launched on December 9, 2025, alongside the Safari Petrol. The Harrier is expected to feature the same petrol engine as the Tata Safari.

Next-Generation Kia Seltos

The test mule of the second-generation Kia Seltos has been spied testing overseas and on Indian roads several times. The second-generation Kia Seltos is set for its official debut on December 10, 2025. However, the second-generation Seltos will debut in Korea, and its India launch is expected to take place in early 2026. The New generation of the Kia Seltos will feature a similar front design to its siblings, such as the EV9 and Syros. It is expected to include major changes inside the cabin, such as a new, larger touchscreen-based infotainment system with a fully digital instrument cluster.
