Tata Sierra EV Launch Date:  The Tata Sierra was officially launched in India on November 25, 2025, and the official launch of the Tata Sierra EV has been much-anticipated ever since. Several prototypes of the Tata Sierra EV have been spied testing on the Indian roads for quite some time now. Another test mule of the upcoming Sierra EV was recently spied testing. Let’s take a look at what can be expected in terms of design, range, and features from the upcoming Tata Sierra EV.

Tata Sierra EV: Expected Design

While the prototypes of the Sierra EV have been spied quite a few times, the brand has also shared a teaser of the upcoming Tata Sierra EV in the past. As per the teaser, the Sierra EV will share its overall contour and design with the ICE model. However, several design elements will provide it with a distinct look. The Tata Sierra EV is expected to feature a closed grille at the front, with the air intake placed lower on the front bumper. The ADAS panel is integrated in the centre of the air intake. On the sides, it gets aerodynamic wheels, and other elements, such as flush door handles and body cladding, remain similar to those of the ICE Tata Sierra.

Tata Sierra EV: Expected Features

The Tata Sierra EV is expected to come equipped with the same features as the ICE variant of the SUV. The 2025 Sierra comes equipped with features such as a triple-screen setup, Level 2 ADAS, panoramic sunroof, JBL Black sound system with Dolby Atmos, ventilated seats, a dual-climate control system, and more. We expect the upcoming Tata Sierra EV to come equipped with the same list of features.

Tata Sierra EV: Expected Range

While the Tata Sierra ICE is a front-wheel-drive vehicle, the Tata Sierra EV is expected to be offered with rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel drive configurations. The Tata Sierra EV is expected to come equipped with options of a 55 kWh and 65 kWh battery pack, and the maximum claimed range is expected to stand at 500 kilometres, once fully charged. We expect the Tata Sierra EV to be priced between Rs 18.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 25.50 lakh (ex-showroom) in the country.
