TVS Apache RTR 160 And Apache RTR 160 4V Black Edition Launched In India; Check Price, Design

TVS Motor Company has introduced new Black Editions for its popular Apache RTR 160 and Apache RTR 160 4V motorcycles. Both models feature an all-black paint scheme while maintaining their existing design and features. The TVS Apache RTR 160 Black Edition has been launched at a price of Rs 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom) and the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Black Edition has been launched at a price of Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom).

Apache RTR 160 and Apache RTR 160 4V Black Edition - Design and Features 

The new black look gives the Apache 160 series a bold and fearless appearance. These models stand out with minimal graphics and a black TVS logo adorned on the fuel tank, along with a blacked-out exhaust. The Apache RTR 160 2V Black Edition is based on the base variant and it lacks some features such as a rear disc brake and Bluetooth connectivity. Similarly, the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V Black Edition is also based on the base variant and does not include a rear disc brake. However, it still offers several useful features like three riding modes, an LED headlamp and taillight, Glide Through Technology (GTT), SmartXonnect with Voice Assist, and a digital instrument console.

Apache RTR 160 Black Edition - Engine 

The TVS Apache RTR 160 is powered by a 159.7 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, two-valve engine with fuel injection. This engine produces a power output of 15.8 bhp and 13.85 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox for transmission duties.

Apache RTR 160 4V Black Edition - Engine 

The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V is equipped with a 159.7 cc, oil-cooled, four-valve engine that delivers a power output of 17.31 bhp and 14.73 Nm of peak torque. Both engines come with a 5-speed gearbox.
