Vida Electric Scooters:  Vida, powered by Hero Motocorp, today announced VX2 Plus and VX2 go electric scooters in India with prices starting from Rs 59,490 (Ex-showroom). The brand will also offer both of these electric scooters with the Battery As a Service (BaaS). Here we are sharing all the available information about the newly launched Vida VX2 Plus and Vida VX2 go electric scooters.

Vida VX2 Go And VX2 Plus: Pricing

As informed earlier, the Vida VX2 Go and VX2 Plus scooters will be offered with a BaaS subscription, and the customers can also opt to buy the scooters with the battery. While the VX2 Go with BaaS will cost Rs 59,490 (Ex-showroom), the VX2 Plus will cost Rs 64,990 (Ex-showroom). If someone wants to buy the scooters, including the battery as well, they will have to pay Rs 99,490 (Ex-showroom) for the VX2 Go and Rs 1.10 lakhs (Ex-showroom) for the VX2 Plus electric scooter. The BaaS plans for Vida VX2 Go and VX2 Plus electric scooters start from Rs 0.96 per kilometer.

Battery And Range

The Vida VX2 Go electric scooter comes equipped with a 2.2 kWh removable battery, and it has a claimed range of up to 92 kilometers once fully charged. The VX2 Plus, on the other hand, comes equipped with a 3.4 kWh battery, and it has a claimed range of up to 142 Km on a full charge.

Features And Technology

Vida has launched both of these scooters with advanced technology features, such as a remote immobilization feature and over-the-air updates. The VX2 Go features a 4.3-inch LCD screen, whereas the VX2 Plus offers a 4.3-inch TFT display. Both of these scooters are also equipped with a fast charging feature, and they can get from 0-80 per cent in just 60 minutes. Both of these scooters also come equipped with 12-inch tyres, and the brand claims they are the widest in the segment. The VX2 Go and VX2 Plus offer a 33.2-litre underseat storage, which can accommodate a full-face helmet.
