Tata Punch EV Facelift Launch Date:  The Tata Punch EV facelift is set to be launched in India on February 20, 2026. Several prototypes of the Tata Punch EV facelift 2026 have been spied testing on the Indian roads in the past, and the brand has also shared images of the Punch EV facelift 2026. The brand recently shared a video that hints at the addition of a new and bigger battery pack to the Punch EV facelift. Let’s take a look.

The brand recently shared a video on its official YouTube channel. The video features the Tata Punch EV facelift covering the distance between Jaipur and Udaipur that is around 400 kilometres. The video shows the Punch EV facelift fully charged as the journey begins, the first break comes in Bijainnagar after covering a distance of 200 kilometres, and the vehicle still shows 67 per cent battery remaining. The Punch EV facelift reaches Udaipur with 34 per cent battery remaining. The test continues, and the vehicle finally runs out of battery at Himatnagar, Gujarat. As per the video, the vehicle covered a total distance of 593.6 kilometres. This suggests the addition of a new and larger battery pack to the vehicle.

Tata Punch EV Facelift 2026: Design

The Tata Punch EV facelift retains its overall contour with a slightly changed front fascia, which looks cleaner than before. The front fascia looks more or less the same as the outgoing model. However, the connecting light bar between the LED DRLs has been removed, and the black trim connecting the LED headlamps has also been omitted. The Punch EV facelift gets a cleaner look, thanks to these changes, and it also gets a redesigned bumper with a slightly revamped scuff plate.

Tata Punch EV Facelift 2026: Features

While the brand has not yet revealed the interior or the specs of the upcoming Tata Punch EV facelift, we expect it to mirror the features offered with the recently launched Tata Punch facelift. The Punch EV is expected to feature a larger, 12.3-inch touchscreen-based infotainment system, harmon-kardon sound system, a panoramic sunroof, and more.

Tata Punch EV Facelift 2026: Powertrain

The Punch EV facelift is anticipated to retain its existing powertrain and continue with the same 25 kWh and 35 kWh battery packs, along with the addition of a new and larger battery pack. The upcoming Punch EV facelift is expected to boast a claimed range of up to 365 kilometres, once fully charged. The trim with the smaller battery pack generates a peak power and torque output of 82 hp and 114 Nm, respectively. The trim with a larger, 35 kWh battery pack generates 122 hp and 190 Nm.
