Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid:  Yamaha, the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, launched the FZ-X Hybrid for Rs 1.50 lakh (Ex-showroom) in India. The brand recently launched the FZ-S Hybrid model, and the newly launched FZ-X Hybrid has also received some feature updates to enhance fuel efficiency and convenience. Here we are providing details about the all-new Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid.

Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid: Pricing

As informed earlier, the Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid is priced at Rs 1.50 lakh (Ex-showroom). The newly launched FZ-X Hybrid costs Rs 20,000 more than the standard FZ-X motorcycle. However, it costs Rs 5000 less than the previously launched FZ-S Hybrid motorcycle by Yamaha. The FZ-X Hybrid also gets some major feature updates, along with an upgraded engine.

Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid: Engine

The Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid features the same engine offered with other FZ series motorcycles of the brand. The FZ-X Hybrid draws its power from a 149cc four-stroke SOHC air-cooled engine with fuel injection technology. This engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox for the FZ-X motorcycle, and it generates 12.4 hp and 13.3 Nm of torque. The power figures of the newly launched Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid are similar to those of the standard FZ-X. The Hybrid technology is integrated with the engine to enhance the fuel efficiency, and thus, it doesn’t amplify the performance of the bike.

Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid: Features

The newly launched Yamaha FZ-X Hybrid comes equipped with advanced technological features like Stop and Start System (SSS) and Smart Motor Generator (SMG). These features enable the bike to have battery-assisted acceleration, a quiet start function, and an automatic shut-off engine function to enhance fuel efficiency. The FZ-X Hybrid also features a 4.2-inch full-color TFT display and turn-by-turn navigation integrated with Google Maps. It also gets a Traction control function, along with a single-channel ABS.
