Alinagar, Lakhisarai, Arrah Election Results 2025 Live Updates: BJP Ahead On All 3 Seats; Vijay Sinha Leads With Over 10000 Votes

With BJP candidates persistently leading in Aliangar and Lakhisarai, the contest in Arrah is neck-and-neck. BJP's Sanjay Singh, who has been trailing in the last few rounds of counting, is  now leading with over 1000 votes, leaving CPI(ML)(L) candidate Quyamuddin Ansari on second place. 

With completion of 11 rounds of votes, Sanjay Singh has secured a total of 39743 votes in his favour while Quyamuddin Ansari stands at second with 38656 in his favour. 

Arrah Election Result 2025 Live Update: 8 rounds of counting out of 27 rounds already completed, CPI(ML)(L) candidate Quyamuddin Ansari is leading the contest with over 4000 votes at the total votes count of 30646, BJP Sanjay Singh has received a total of 26499 votes till the completion of 8th rounds of counting. 

As Bihar Election Results are to be clear in few hours with vote counting underway, Maithili Thakur from Alinagar, Quyamuddin Ansari from CPI (ML)(L) and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Vijay Sinha is leading in Alinagar, Arrah and Lakhisarai respectively. 

Maithili Thakur secured 22236 with completion of 6th round of counting. Incumbent Binod Mishra received only over 13000 votes. 

With 5 rounds of counting completed in Alinagar, the BJP candidate Maithili Thakur is leading with over 7 thousand votes as she has received 19018 votes, leaving behind the incumbent Binod Mishra. 

Arrah Election Result 2025: CPI (ML) (L) candidate Quyamuddin Ansari, who was trailing till the 3rd round of counting, is now leading with nearly 2000 votes in Arrah constituency. BJP's Sanjay Singh now trails behind Quyamuddin Ansari.

BJP candidate Mathili Thakur is leading in Alinagar with an edge of over 4000 votes, receiving over 11000 votes. Incumbent RJD MLA Binod Mishra is running second with over 10 thousand votes in his favour. Three rounds of counting are completed on the seat, and 21 rounds are left. Biplaw Kumar Choudhary from Jan Suraaj Party is in third place with just 421 in his favour. 

As a result of the Bihar election, 2025 appears to be clear with every round of counting; CPI (ML)(L) candidate Quyamuddin Ansari is trailing with over 1700 votes. Quyamuddin came out as runner-up in the last assembly election. 

With the vote counting underway in Bihar, a member of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), the BJP is leading in Alinagar, Lakhisarai and Arrah assembly seats. Mathili Thakur, Sanjay Singh, and Vijah Kumar Sinha are leading in Alinagarm Arrah and Lakhisarai.

BJP secured Arrah constituency in the last assembly election as its candidate Amrendra Pratap Singh registered victory with a margin of 3002 votes. Quyamuddin Ansari came in as a runner-up with 68779 votes in his favour. 

The Arrah assembly seat went for poll in the first phase of the Bihar assembly elections 2025 on November 06, 2025. Sanjay Singh of the BJP and Quyamuddin Ansari from CPI (ML)(L) are in neck-and-neck contest. 

In the last assembly elections, BJP’s Vijay Kumar Sinha won the seat with a margin of 10483 votes, while Congress's Amaresh Kumar came out the runner-up with 63729 votes in his favour.
