Bihar Election Result Memes: As the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) appears all set for a sweeping win in the Bihar Assembly Election 2025, social media has exploded with a surge of memes capturing the state’s political mood in vivid colour. The JDU–BJP alliance is leading in nearly 209 of Bihar’s 243 seats, while the Mahagathbandhan, led by the Rashtriya Janata Dal and Congress, trails far behind.

One meme on the platform X showed India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, captioned with: “When you’re watching your birthday but your party’s performance is worse than expected.” The post captured the internet’s amusement at Congress’s struggle to make an impact.

Another viral image featured a sideways glance from Prashant Kishor with the caption, “Bahut peeche reh gaya na main?” mocking the under-performance of his Jan Suraaj Party in its electoral debut.

A separate meme used a 3 Idiots reference to joke about the party’s struggle, reflecting its inability to open its account.

One viral post showed two images of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with the caption: “When you are leading in Bihar, but Nitish can turn around anytime.” 

Another meme about Congress showed Rahul Gandhi running backwards in a race, reflecting the party’s poor seat tally as the day progressed.

These meme reactions followed the trends where the NDA was ahead in around 208 seats, JD(U) leading in 85, BJP in 96 and LJP(RV) in 19, while the Mahagathbandhan was far behind with 27 seats, mostly secured by the RJD.
