For projects worth over Rs 500 crore, a Deputy Collector will serve as the nodal officer, visiting project sites every 15 days to inspect progress and report to the District Magistrate (DM).

Key projects reviewed included the Varanasi-Kolkata Expressway, Amas Darbhanga Expressway, Munger Bhagalpur Corridor, and the Ram Janaki Corridor. Meena emphasised that officials must ensure these projects adhere to their set timelines and avoid any delays.
