Bihar News: Rohini Acharya launched a blistering attack on her brother Tejashwi Yadav and his close aides on Tuesday, accusing them of pushing the Rashtriya Janata Dal to the “brink of ruin” and betraying the decades-long struggle of party workers loyal to her father, Lalu Prasad Yadav.
Rohini made a strongly worded post on X (formerly Twitter), questioning the performance of the party under Tejashwi’s leadership and accusing him and his close aides of destroying the legacy built by Lalu Prasad and countless workers.
“Lalu ji and the party — who did what for them is clear from the Lok Sabha results, the recently concluded assembly election outcomes, and the current state of the party. The person entrusted with responsibility, along with his imported guru and the guru’s cronies, have wiped out decades of struggle and effort by every dedicated Laluwadi, pushing the party to the brink of ruin,” Acharya said.
She further stated, “Questions were raised earlier, they are being raised today, and they will continue to be raised. If there is any moral courage, one should have the courage to face these questions on an open platform. Who is giving knowledge, and who is running away from the truth — it will become clear.”
Rohini also demanded to know why the review report — presumably prepared after the party’s recent electoral setbacks — has not been made public.
“What did those few low-quality people do for the party after being made all-powerful by sidelining Lalu ji? What action was taken on the so-called review? Why has the review report still not been made public, and why has no action been taken against those who were questioned in it,” Rohini asked.
Rohini Calls Brother Tejashwi ‘Puppet Prince’
In an earlier post on January 25, Rohini had indirectly targeted her brother without naming him, referring to him as a “puppet prince” who had been crowned amid the decline of the party.
Rohini in an X post wrote, “The glorious innings of the tallest leader in politics have effectively come to an end. Congratulations to the sycophants and the ‘gang of infiltrators’ for crowning their puppet prince…
The bitter, worrying, and sad reality today is that the real command of the people’s party — known for fighting for the rights of the common man — is now in the hands of infiltrators and conspirators sent by fascist opponents with the task of destroying Laluwad. These squatters appear to have succeeded to a large extent in their dirty intentions.”

Tejashwi Yadav Appointed As RJD National President
Tejashwi Yadav was officially elevated as the national working president of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on January 25, taking over the organisational leadership of the party from his father Lalu Prasad Yadav.
