IndiGo's flight services at Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport, Patna, remained severely affected on Sunday, marking the sixth consecutive day of irregular services since December 3 due to operational reasons. By afternoon, five pairs of IndiGo flights, a total of 10 services, were grounded, including five arrivals and five departures.
The sudden grounding of flights caused significant inconvenience to passengers. Many passengers were left waiting at the airport for hours for information, while some had to cancel their travel plans.

Meanwhile, 11 flights arrived at the airport, while seven departed. On Saturday, 24 IndiGo flights and four SpiceJet flights had been cancelled.
In view of the increasing difficulties faced by passengers amid the airline crisis, SpiceJet on Sunday announced the launch of a new flight service on the Delhi-Patna-Delhi route. This additional pair of flights is expected to provide significant relief to passengers.

According to SpiceJet's notification, the flight from Delhi to Patna will depart at 7:00 PM, while the return flight from Patna to Delhi will take off at 10:00 PM.
