The Bihar Labour Resources Department will organise a Mega Job Fair from July 10 to 15, 2025, aimed at providing employment opportunities to the youth of the state. The event will take place at the Dashrath Manjhi Labour and Employment Research Institute in Patna.

Labour Resources Minister Santosh Kumar Singh announced the fair on Monday, calling it a golden opportunity for the talented youth of Bihar to secure jobs in some of the leading companies in the country.

Department Secretary Deepak Anand stated that more than 70 reputed companies have confirmed their participation, including MRF Tyres, Subros Limited, L&T, Sudhir Power, KPR Mills, Zomato, Muthoot Finance, Maxix Kochar Tech (BPO), Cream Stone, AIPL Limited, Unicoverage Technology, Ghut Transmission, and HCAC Health Care.

The fair will offer employment opportunities for candidates with qualifications ranging from Class 10 and 12 pass, ITI and Polytechnic diploma holders, to graduates, B.Tech, and MBA degree holders. The recruitment process will be merit-based, and registration is free for all participants.

To attend, interested candidates must register online through a QR code issued by the Bihar Skill Development Mission.

Officials emphasised that the initiative aims to bridge the gap between employers and skilled youth, helping to address unemployment in the state by connecting candidates directly with hiring companies.
