A person died while two others suffered burn injuries after a fire caused by a transformer explosion.  The sudden blaze, which reportedly stemmed from an overloaded transformer, quickly engulfed the vicinity, injuring people at the incident spot.

The deceased lawyer has been identified as Devendra Prasad, with official confirmation awaited. The injured advocates are being treated at a local hospital. Following the incident, civil court advocates have initiated a strike to voice their dissatisfaction with the administrative response.

Advocate Mamata Kumari commented on the tragedy, stating, "This is an unfortunate incident. The transformer fell on a person and he lost his life. No action has been taken by the administration as of now..."

Visuals from the site reveal extensive damage, including furniture destroyed by the fire. Emergency services, including fire brigade teams, were promptly dispatched to extinguish the flames. 

The incident also provoked protests from civil court advocates, demanding accountability from the district administration. Police reached the spot and tried to pacify the situation and address the grievances of the legal community.
