ACME Solar Holding Share Price:  The shares of ACME Solar Holding Price started trading at Rs 259, down 10.38% against the issue price of Rs 289 on BSE. On NSE ACME Solar Holding share List at Rs 251, down 13.1% on NSE. The shares have made their stock market debut at a discount. The Rs 2,900 crore initial public offering of ACME Solar was closed on November 8, and shares allotment was finalised on Monday this week. The IPO did not attract a huge number of investors, getting a decent subscription of 3.10 times against the issue size. The Grey market premium of ACME Solar Holding IPO remained flat during the subscription period.

ACME Solar Holding IPO Subscription Rate

The ACME Solar Holding IPO got an overall subscription of 2.75 times during its three-day bidding period. The quota reserved for Retail Investors got 3.10 times subscriptions, while the non-institutional investors category got 0.97 times or 97% bidding. The quota reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) got the most number of subscriptions, it was subscribed 3.54 times. The company had also reserved shares for its employees, which had got 1.59 times subscription.

ACME Solar IPO GMP

In the morning on listing day, the GMP of ACME Solar Holdings turned negative. According to investorgain.com, the shares were not showing signs of a blockbuster listing as they were trading at Rs 285, per share, down 4 rupees against the IPO price band (Rs 289).

Acme Solar IPO Price Band and Lot Size and Issue Size

ACME Solar Holdings had set a price band of Rs 275 to Rs 289 per share for its initial public offering. Investors had to buy a lot of 51 shares to place a bid, meaning they must invest at least Rs 14,739 to place a bid. The Renewable Energy Sector Company had raised Rs 2,900 cr from the shares sale.
