Adani Group Stock: The shares of all Adani Group's companies are trading in positive territory in the early hours on Tuesday after the Bombay High Court dismissed charges of fraud in the stock market involving Rs 388 crores against Adani Enterprises' Chairman Gautam Adani and MD Rajesh Adani. On Monday, the Bombay High Court acquitted Gautam Adani and Rajesh Adani in the ongoing stock market regulatory violation case, according to a PTI report. As per the report the court found no evidence of fraud or criminal conspiracy in the case.
The High Court said that declaring false profits without proving any loss or fraud on the part of any particular victim does not meet the criteria of fraud. The decision came as a major relief for the Adani Group, which has faced regulatory scrutiny in the past after US-based short seller.

Adani Group Stock Share Price Today
Adani Enterprises share price- Shares of Adani Enterprises opened at Rs 2287.35 On BSE today and at around 11:41 am, the shares of the company were trading at The intra-day high of the company has been Rs 2296.0, up 1.95% against the previous day's closing price.
Adani Ports Share Price- The price of the company's shares opened at Rs 1143.10 on BSE, surging a bit against last session's closing price of Rs 1,137.25. At around 11:46 am, the Adani Ports shares were trading at Rs 1,151.20, up 1.23%.
Adani Power Share Price - The power sector stock of Adani Group opened at Rs 515 on the BSE. At around 11:48 am, the stock was trading at Rs 512.90, an upside of nearly 0.43%.
Adani Energy Solutions Share Price - The Adani Group stock opened at Rs 800.05, later the shares of Adani Energy Solution touched the intraday high at Rs 807.80 ( Till 11:51 am).
Adani Green Energy Share price - The company's shares opened at Rs 909.40 on BSE and soared to hit an intraday high at Rs 911.70.
Apart from this, other companies of Adani Group like Adani Total have seen a rise of 1.2 per cent, NDTV has seen a rise of 1.7 per cent and Ambuja Cements shares have seen a rise of 1.5 per cent. At the same time, the price of ACC shares has increased by 1.1 per cent.
