Adani Wilmar, India's leading edible oil company, reported a 67 percent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 156.75 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 2024. On the other hand, Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) on Tuesday reported a 13.26 percent decline in its consolidated net profit. The rise in expenditure resulted in a profit of Rs 381.29 crore during the quarter ending March 2024.
Adani Wilmar Q4 Results
A year ago, the company had a net profit of Rs 93.61 crore in the same period. As per regulatory filing, Adani Wimar's total income in the March 2024 quarter fell to Rs 13,342.26 crore as compared to Rs 14,185.68 crore, which was last year's figure. In 2023-24, Adani Wilmar's net profit is estimated to decline to Rs 147.99 crore compared to Rs 582.12 crore last year. Total income also fell to Rs 51,555.24 crore in the last fiscal year from Rs 59,148.32 crore in 2022-23. Adani Group sells edible oils and some other food products under the Wilmar Fortune brand.

Adani Energy Solutions Q4 result
Due to rising expenditure, Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) reported a 13.26 percent decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 381.29 crore during the quarter ended March 2024. In an exchange filing, the company said its net profit after tax in the January-March period of the last 2022-23 financial year was Rs 439.60 crore.
For the full financial year (FY24), the company reported a net profit of Rs 1195.61 crore, down from Rs 1280.60 crore in FY23. During the fourth quarter, the company's total income increased to Rs 4,855.18 crore from Rs 3,494.84 crore year-on-year. First. Income in FY24 was Rs 17,218.31 crore, while in FY23 it was Rs 13,840.46 crore. Expenditures during the period under review stood at Rs 4,358.83 crore, compared to Rs 3,200.50 crore in the year-ago period.
Expenditure in FY24 increased to Rs 14,978.74 crore from Rs 13,164.32 crore in the previous financial year. In a separate statement, the company said its revenue witnessed double-digit growth due to contribution from new operational transmission assets, commissioning of elements in the North Karanpura and MP-II package lines, and increase in units sold due to higher...
