Stocks fall Up To 50% In A Month: The domestic stock market has been experiencing a downward trend for the past 5 months. BSE's Sensex hit its all-time high of 85,978.25 in September last year and since then the 30 shares benchmark index has suffered a massive loss amid volatile trading sessions. Meanwhile, NSE's Nifty50 has also slumped significantly from its all-time high of 26,277.35, which the 5o shares index achieved in September last year. Currently, Sensex is trading at the level of 73,920 and Nifty50 is at 22,430.
Continuous exodus of foreign funds, weak performances of top companies in Q2 and Q3, geo-political conditions and Trump's tariff threats have been the major causes behind the bearish trend in the market.
Meanwhile, Many stocks like International Gemmological Ins, Gensol Engineers, Jai Corp Limited, Black Box Limited, Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading, GSS Infotech lost up to 50% of their value in a month.
Gensol Engineering Share Price
Gensol Engineering share price has been declining for the past 10 trading sessions. The shares of the company slumped over 50% in the last 10 sessions as it plummeted 5% to its 52-week low in today's trade as well.
On February 11, Gensol Engineering share price was at the level of Rs 702.35. Today, it was trading at Rs 290.55 per share, a 58.6 percent decline compared to the February 11 value.
Orchid Pharma Limited
The shares of Orchid Pharma nosedived 7 percent in the intraday trade on Tuesday, i.e. March 11. In the last 30 days, the shares of the company fell from 1,243.10 to 879.50, a decline of 29.33% on NSE. Meanwhile, the 52 week high and low values of the Orchid Pharma stood at Rs 1,997.40 and Rs 800.00 respectively.
Jai Corp Ltd
The shares of Jai Corp Limited plunged 23.53% in the last 30 days. Jai Corp shares were at the level of Rs 128.48 on February 11 and today on March 11 in the afternoon, the shares were trading at Rs 98.31, shrinking 23.41% on NSE. Meanwhile, its 52 week high and low values stood at Rs 438.30 and Rs 90.49 respectively.
Black Box Ltd
The shares of Black Box Limited were trading in negative territory on Tuesday at the time of writing. The shares were doing business at Rs 350.65, down 1.81% compared to the previous day's closing price. The stock has been nosediving for the past 30 days, slumped 27.66% from the 11th February's price of Rs 485.50.
Meanwhile, its 52 week high and low values stood at Rs 714.80 and 209.80 respectively.
