Go Digit Insurance IPO Listing:  Go Digit's shares made a lukewarm listing as it opened at Rs 286, a 5.15 percent premium to the issue price of Rs 272, on NSE. On the BSE, Go Digit's share started trading at Rs 281.10 today, a 3.35 percent premium to the issue price. According to BSE data, Go Digit IPO's subscription status on the final day of subscription was 9.60 times. The segment allocated for qualified institutional purchasers (QIBs) received 12.56 times more subscriptions, while the non-institutional investor group received 7.24 times more subscribers. The retail individual investors (RII) section was subscribed 4.27 times.

GO Digit IPO Details

On Wednesday, May 15, the Go Digit General Insurance IPO began subscription and ended on Friday, May 17. According to BSE data, 79% of the Go Digit IPO had been subscribed on Thursday, the second day of bidding, and the issue had been booked 36 times. On the first day of bidding, 3.7 percent of the shares were subscribed.

10% of the total issue size was reserved for retail investors, and non-institutional investors had 15 percent. Around 75% of the issue size was reserved for qualified institutional investors.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are investor

The company is mentioned in the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) as one of the leading digital full-stack non-life insurance providers. They employ a creative approach to the design, delivery, and customer experience of technology-driven non-life insurance products.
In 2020, cricket star Virat Kohli invested Rs. 2 crore for 2.67 lakh shares in the firm, while his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, invested Rs. 50 lakh in a private placement.
