Go Digit Insurance IPO:  Go Digit General Insurance's initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on May 15, Wednesday and will close on May 17, Friday. Go Digit IPO on May 14, Tuesday raked in ₹1,176.59 crore from anchor investors. As per a stock exchange filing, the company issued 4,32,57,009 equity shares to anchor investors at ₹272 per share.

Go Digit IPO Price Band

The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹258-272 for each equity share of face value of ₹10. The lot size for the IPO is 55 equity shares and multiples thereof. Approximately 75% of the issue size has been reserved for qualified institutional investors, 15% for non-institutional investors, and the remaining 10% for retail investors.

Anchor Investors

Fidelity Investment Trust, ITPL Invesco India Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, Custody Bank of Japan, Schroder International, ACM Global Fund, East Spring Investments India, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Axis Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, Ashoka Whiteoak Mutual Fund, Malabar Mutual Fund, Steadview Capital Mauritius Limited, amongst other domestic and international institutions, participated in the anchor round.
