Gold price Today:  After taking a sharp plunge on Monday, the gold price bounced back again on Tuesday. At around 9:30 am, the yellow metal was trading at Rs 75,480, up 0.12% against the previous closing price on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). The rate of gold today is however bit lower than the previous day's opening rate. The rate fell marginally on Monday breaking a multi-day upward trend, the price of The yellow metal was at Rs 76,642, down 1.25% on MCX.

Earlier, last month the price of yellow metal had seen a massive rally due to the festive with the price soaring over Rs 80,000. However, the rate of gold took a significant plunge to go down the Rs 70,000 mark post festive season. 

Gold Rate in India on November 26, 2024

After soaring for a while, the gold price has been on a declining path for the past two days. The rate of gold fell significantly on Monday and it is down a bit on Tuesday i.e. November 26 as well.  The rate of 22-karat gold today in India is Rs 71,990, down from the previous day's price of 72,000 per 10 grams, while the rate of 24-karat gold today is Rs 78,540. Meanwhile, the price for 18-karat gold is Rs 58,900 per 10 grams. Always keep in mind, that the rate of gold keeps changing every day in the retail market, so checking the latest gold rate in your city can help you in value buying.
