Gold Rate Today: Yellow metal, which has been a refuge as a safe haven asset for investors during the times of economic turbulence, had been residing high on the trajectory of continued rising prices, as the global shake up caused due to Trump tariffs, Russia-Ukraine war, falling rupee against dollar, the rising inflation rates, and investors hoarding the precious metal, and moreover, due to the incoming festive season, there is a rise in people buying gold.

But recently, the prices of gold have given a huge relief to buyers, as there has been a significant fall in the prices of gold for all purities.

Here are the prices for different purities of gold: the price for 24K gold in India stands at Rs 12,229, a fall of Rs 186, for 22K gold, the price stands at Rs 11,210 a fall of Rs 170, and for 18K gold, the price stands at Rs 9,172, which is a fall of Rs 139.

On October 10, 2025, the price of gold in India saw a drop for all purities, with 24-karat gold priced at Rs 12,229 per gram, 22-karat at Rs 11,210 per gram, and 18-karat at Rs 9,172 per gram.
