MCX Gold, Silver Price Today: The bullion prices declined in the domestic futures market in early trade amid selling pressure. The Silver futures (March expiry) fell about nine thousand to a low of Rs 2,35, 208 per kilogram on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) as compared to lats session's closing of Rs 2,44,360.
Similarly, Gold futures (April expiry) dipped over Rs 1,600 to a low of Rs 1,54,187 per 10 grams on MCX against last session's closing of Rs 1,55,895.
At the time of writing, MCX gold was trading at Rs 1,54,450, down Rs 1,445 or 0.93 per cent. While MCX Silver was trading at Rs 2,37089 per kilogram, down 7,271 or 2.98 per cent.
"MCX Gold futures are trading near the Rs 1,50,000–Rs 1,60,000 zone, following consolidation after the sharp correction from all-time highs around Rs 1,80,000–Rs 1,81,000. While prices are currently consolidating in the short term near current levels, the broader uptrend structure remains supportive, with prices holding above important long-term support zones. Strong buying interest is seen in the Rs 1,45,000– Rs 1,50,000 support area," said Ponmudi R, CEO of Enrich Money.
Gold, Silver Rate In International Market
The precious metal prices fell in the international futures market as well. At the time of writing, the COMEX Gold Was Trading At $5,003.80, down $42.50 or 0.84 per cent. While COMEX Silver Was Trading at $75.58, down $2.38 or 3.06 per cent.
24k, 22k Gold Rate In India
The gold rates decline a bit in the domestic retail market. The 24 karat gold rate in India today is Rs 1,55,120 per 10 grams, while the 22 karat gold rate today is Rs 1,42,193 per 10 grams.
At the same time, the 20 karat gold is at Rs 1,29,267 per 10 grams, and the 18 karat gold price today is Rs 1,16,340 per 10 grams.
