NSE IPO was fully subscribed on Friday, September 18- the second day of bidding- receiving bids for 9,23,04,952 shares as compared to 8,86,42,911 total offered shares, as per NSE data till 4:24 PM. The Mega Rs 22,569-crore National Stock Exchange’s initial public offering (IPO) opened for public subscription on Thursday, September 17. Meanwhile, the grey market premium for the IPO has been declining for the past week.

According to consolidated bid details on NSE--till 4:24 PM--the overall subscription for the IPO was 1.04 times. The shares reserved for Employees, Qualified Institutional Investors and Non-Institutional Investors were fully booked. However, the retail portion lagged.

NSE IPO latest Grey Market Premium (GMP) was Rs 113-- updated at 04:37 PM on Investorgain, a grey market tracker. With this, the NSE shares show an estimated listing price at Rs 1,898, up 6.33 per cent from the IPO's upper price band of Rs 1785.00.
