SBI Services Affected On July 16: The State Bank of India has advised all customers to complete their transactions before the evening of July 15, 2025. Those who need to pay bills or transfer funds should plan ahead accordingly. SBI has announced that a majority of its digital services will be temporarily unavailable on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. This is due to essential technical maintenance work that will be carried out during this halt.
Many of SBI's digital services, including its contribution to Unified Payment Interface (UPI) platforms, will be affected during a 65-minute window, specifically between 1:05 AM and 2:10 AM on July 16. This halt will also impact ATM withdrawals and internet banking.
This is part of a planned system upgrade that intends to improve the performance and reliability of SBI's digital infrastructure.
Which SBI Bank Services Will Be Affected
According to SBI's official announcement, the following services will be inaccessible during the maintenance period:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)
- YONO (You Only Need One)
- SBI’s mobile app
- RINB (Retail Internet Banking)
- ATM service
- NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
- RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)

The bank has assured all customers that UPI services, along with others, will gradually resume after the maintenance work is completed.
