Wipro-Nokia Deal: IT services company Wipro Ltd announced it has bagged a multimillion-dollar deal from Nokai as it has selected Wipro to overhaul its employee service desk and provide real-time IT support to its global network of employees in a multimillion-dollar deal. The Wipro team will create a customized AI-powered, cloud-based solution for Nokia's workforce, which includes around 86,700 users worldwide across 130 operating countries. Wipro stated in a release that the solution aims to enhance the employee experience by providing modular, secure, and automated services.

The release stated that Wipro has signed a multi-million dollar deal to transform Nokia's digital workplace services. Designit, a Wipro firm that specializes in user experience strategy and implementation, will conduct user research to ensure that employees receive personalized support at the right time.

The release stated that the project would result in the creation of an experience-driven, omnichannel, and always-on global service desk, providing flexible and secure services to empower employees to efficiently navigate the hybrid work environment. Will do.
