AFG vs PAK, T20I Match Predicted XI

Afghanistan and Pakistan are all set to face off in the first match of the United Arab Emirates T20I Tri-Series 2025 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Friday, August 29.

This will be a key preparatory assignment for both teams ahead of the upcoming Asia Cup 2025, which will be played in the UAE from September 9 to 28. Pakistan will be heading into the match on the back of a 2-1 series win against the West Indies. However, they lost the ODI series and faced massive criticism.

Afghanistan, on the other hand, have been the most improved team in Asia and they can easily upset big teams on their day. They had a memorable outing in the T20 World Cup 2024, having made it to the semifinals for the first time in an ICC event.
