AFG vs AUS ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Lahore Weather Report: Afghanistan will face Australia during the 10th match of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Lahore on Friday. Both the teams are in a must-win situation as the winner of this match would reach the semifinals. But, if Australia lose this match then they would be eliminated from the ongoing mega-event and will have to depend on England defeating South Africa by a big margin.

Rain has played spoilsport in Group B matches till now as the clash between South Africa and Australia was also abandoned. The Hashmatullah Shahdi-led side then scripted history by defeating England for the second consecutive time in an ICC tournament and that has made the ongoing tournament interesting. At the same time, inclement weather conditions in Pakistan have played a role too and there are high chance that rain will play a spoilsport in the upcoming clash.

Lahore will experience rainfall from as early as 8 a.m. local time as per Accuweather.com. It will be cloudy sky throughout the day but the sun might come out at around 3 p.m. and that is a relief for both teams. Due to incessant rains, there are high chances that the overs of the match would be reduced. Both Afghanistan and Australia will aim to stay ahead of the DLS target which might come in place owing to Pakistan's unpredictable weather conditions.

Speaking of the qualification scenarios, if the Steve Smith-led side does win this match then Afghanistan would be eliminated from the ongoing mega-event. South Africa will not have to worry much about their qualification as their last group stage match against England would become a dead rubber.
