DC vs GT, IPL 2025: Delhi Capitals (DC) wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul showcased his batting prowess with ferocious boundaries galore at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, lifting DC to 199/3 against the powerless Gujarat Titans bowlers in their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match on Sunday.

The star batter sizzled with form as he bludgeoned GT bowler all around the ground with his audacious stroke play. Rahul played some eye-catching strokes, hitting bowlers through the line as he finished the night at 112 not out.

Meanwhile, Rahul brought an end to a three-year drought for an IPL hundred, releasing a magnificent century in Delhi Capitals colors, constructed with polished stroke play, reaching the landmark in just 60 deliveries against a stout Gujarat bowling attack.

Rahul, who scored a 65-ball unbeaten 112 and shared a 90-run partnership with one-down batter Abhishek Porel (30), dug deep into his reserves after DC yet again lost opener Faf du Plessis (5) early.

Rahul's last IPL century had come in 2022 and while other batters struggled, he hit 14 boundaries and 4 sixes to give DC a competitive score. Rahul also earned the unique distinction of scoring centuries for three different franchises in the IPL -- Punjab Kings, Lucknow Super Giants and Delhi Capitals.

GT's left-arm pacer Arshad Khan (1/7), Sai Kishore (1/47) and Prasidh Krishna (1/40) took a wicket each.
