ICC Women's Cricket World Cup Prize Money: ICC have announced a record prize money for the upcoming Women's ODI World Cup 2025, which is scheduled to be played in India and Sri Lanka from September 30 to November 2.

The overall prize money at the eight-team marquee tournament will be $13.88 million USD (approx INR 122 crore). The amount sees a monumental rise of 297 per cent from $3.5 million at the last edition held in New Zealand in 2022. It is also a bit heavier than the $10 million prize money of the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023, which was played in India.

The sensational announcement is a part of the ICC’s strategy to amplify the growth of women’s cricket, and a decision to introduce pay parity was announced ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024.

The two losing semi-finalists will take home $1.12 million (approx INR 9.88 crore).
