ICC T20I Rankings 2026: India bowler Jasprit Bumrah on Wednesday rose to the fifth spot in the latest ICC T20I Rankings released today. Backed by his outstanding performance in the recently concluded T20I World Cup, finishing as the joint-highest wicket-taker in the tournament, Bumrah climbs one spot with 702 rating points.

Bumrah finished the ICC T20I Cricket World Cup, scalping the joint-highest 14 wickets for Team India in eight matches at an average of 12.43. His spell in the final was one of the most economical spells in an ICC final, finishing his quota of 4 overs with 4 wickets and 15 runs conceded.

India, on March 8, clinched the T20I World Cup, defeating New Zealand by 96 runs. Since then, Team India has been out of action and will only return to the field in July.

South Africa and New Zealand are the only teams to play T20Is after the T20I World Cup. South Africa's Corbin Bosch dropped to sixth as he missed the series against New Zealand, allowing Bumrah to rise to fifth spot.

Tilak Varma also climbed six places as Tim Seifert of New Zealand lost rating points for missing the South Africa series.

Salman Ali Agha of Pakistan enters the top 10 of ICC ODI rankings

Changes in ODI rankings followed the Pakistan-Bangladesh series. Salman Ali Agha climbed nine spots after scoring a century during the third ODI and finished as the joint-highest run-scorer with 175 runs in three matches, though his team lost the series 2-1.

Bangladesh's ODI captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz also rose nine spots to seventh position after earning 624 rating points. He climbed two more spots to third in the all-rounder rankings with 280 points, just behind Azmatullah Omarzai.

Salman Agha also leapt 12 spots in the all-rounder rankings thanks to his consistent performance against Bangladesh.
