India National Cricket Team vs Australia National Cricket Team Live Scorecard: India's star batter Virat Kohli's horror show in Australia continued as he lost his wicket to a duck in the 2nd ODI match against Australia in Adelaide on Thursday.
During the 7th over of the game, Kohli, playing his fourth delivery of the match, succumbed to another duck, trapped LBW by Xavier Bartlett's expertly crafted nip-backer.
Kohli's tried flick was doomed from the start, the ball clipping the inside edge before the umpire's swift decision sealed his fate.
It was the second straight duck for Kohli as his stay at the crease lasted just 4 deliveries.
Notably, for the first time in his 304-match glorious ODI career, Virat Kohli fell for ducks in two successive matches.

Ahead of the series opener match, Kohli had expressed that he was feeling as fit as ever despite not featuring for India since the Champions Trophy final.
“Well to be honest, the amount of cricket I’ve played over the last 15-20 years, I’ve actually not rested at all if that makes sense. I’ve probably played the most number of games in the last 15 years in international cricket, combining the IPL together as well. So for me, it was a very refreshing time off. I’m feeling as fit if not fitter than I’ve ever been before and yeah you can just feel the freshness when you know you can play the game and mentally you know what to do out there it’s just the physical preparation that really needs to be taken care of,” Kohli said in a chat with Ravi Shastri and Adam Gilchrist on Fox Sports.
