India vs Bangladesh Kanpur Test: India captain Rohit Sharma flaunted his acrobatic fielding skills on day 4 of the ongoing second Test match between India and Bangladesh as he pulled off a stunning one-handed catch of wicketkeeper-batter Litton Das at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. 

After two frustrating and disappointing days without play at Green Park Stadium due to a wet outfield, on Monday morning, the crowd erupted in joy as Rohit pulled off a stunning catch at short cover. With perfect timing, he leapt into the air and grabbed the ball, which had been powerfully struck by Litton.

The stadium witnessed pure magic as Rohit took a breathtaking catch, leaving Shubman Gill and the crowd in disbelief.

Rohit, too, seemed surprised by his own brilliance, his face revealing a hint of shock as he successfully grabbed the ball.

The magical moment occurred in the 50th over of the Bangladesh innings, when Mohammed Siraj bowled a fuller-length delivery to Litton Das. The Bangladesh batter played the shot and tried to clear the cover fielder. However, the ball travelled to Rohit who came up with a full-stretch jump.

As the India captain held onto the catch he was swarmed by his teammates, sparking a jubilation, who rushed to congratulate him. His incredible catch had Bangladesh teetering, with five wickets down and only 148 runs on the board.

Fans bearly had time to recover from Rohit's stunner when Mohammed Siraj pulled off an incredible catch to dismiss Shakib Al Hasan. This stunning fielding came hot on the heels of Rohit's breathtaking catch to send Litton Das back to the pavilion, sending Indian fans into raptures.

Shakib Al Hasan attempted to smash Ashwin out of the park but mistimed the shot. Initially, Siraj seemed to misjudge the catch, yet he remarkably recovered, leaping into the air with his hands stretched backward, and secured the ball with a one-handed grab.

Talking about the play on Day 4, Bangladesh yielded three early wickets early morning as play restarted after rain washed out play on Saturday and Sunday.
