Edgbaston Weather Update: All eyes will be on Birmingham's Edgbaston, where weather conditions usually play a powerful role in shaping the outcome and it will play a crucial role for both India and England when they square off in the second Test on Wednesday.
After losing the opening Test at Headingley in Leeds by five wickets, India are 0-1 down in the five-match series.
Historically, the Edgbaston ground has favoured pacers, especially in the early stages of a Test. Despite having a brigade of pacers, India failed to stop England from chasing down a historic target in Leeds.
But with Edgbaston favouring the fast bowler, India will hope the side pull out some miracle in Birmingham, where the visitors have not won a single Test match in 57 years.

The Edgbaston pitch has been known for providing early assistance to fast bowlers before gradually flattening out. Fans can expect to see seam movement and lively bounce on Days 1 and 2 of the match, especially under overcast conditions.
The traditional Dukes ball has always offered a lateral movement, challenging top-order batters while batting first.
